Ihop - BRONX

Went there with some family and friends and had some fun, our waitress at the time was Melissa and she was very nice and respectful and handled our food well. Definitely will be going back there again!

At first customer service was weak, manager got on her job when she seen 15 in our group (Fishers of Men). Food was on point, waitress was very kind and attentive.

Staff is very nice, but can improve on communication. We were seated along with a group next to our booth and our server did not know we were there. Other than that, the food was cooked well and timely and our server was also very nice and helpful.

One Sunday Morning. With my adult children 6 of us. Did not wait long was treated nicely seated quickly question for order put lightly weighted give us space was beautiful a good day it was and good food the waffles for wonderful fluffy the last time I enter a IHOP was two years ago. coronavirus, started spreading it has been a long minute, lol it was a pleasure to re-enter. Enjoy

The food was good. Service was slow. She came initially to take our orders but we weren't ready. Took her 20 minutes to come back. But I won't dock her too much because she had to deal with a needlessly rude drama queen in the booth behind us. I would avoid them if I were in that servers position.
