Baskin-robbins - BRONX

This restaurant is great, with fast-moving lines and tasty shakes. While they don't have all 31 flavors as advertised, who's really counting anyway? Hopefully, they'll bring back the Peppermint Bark in the Dark flavor soon.

The male staff at the counter were too preoccupied chatting with each other. The tables were dirty and the condiment station was not properly stocked. The ice cream was either too melted or too frozen. I had to settle for a flavor I didn't really like. The freezer has been broken for more than two months. You either get half-melted ice cream or rock-solid frozen ice cream. I would not recommend coming here for ice cream, stick to donuts instead.

Avoid this place at all costs! It is extremely disorganized. They tried to charge me twice, and when I ordered a medium ice cream for my child, they wanted to charge me $5 for just one scoop!
