On Sunday, there were only two employees working at the restaurant. One was managing the drive-thru while the other was handling the counter. Due to the limited staff, there was a long line and customers were getting impatient, with some even leaving because of the wait. The restaurant appeared messy with garbage on the floor and tables, indicating that no one had swept or cleaned up.
The lack of sufficient staff during morning hours at this restaurant leads to frustration for both employees and customers. I have visited multiple times during the morning rush and each time my order was incorrect due to the chaos.
I waited in the drive-thru line at this establishment only to find out they had no ice cream available. Despite claiming to have 31 flavors, they only had Cotton Candy according to an employee. I was hoping for Rainbow Sherbet, my favorite, but they didn't have that either. It was a disappointing experience, to say the least.
Not at its best. The cashier was confused. Waited over 15 minutes for an order that wasn't worth the wait.
