Thaïzone - Bromont

I am not used to leaving orders like this, but having had several bad experiences with the Thai area of Bromont. This evening's situation was the last straw. We place our order at 4:50 p.m. for delivery. 5:50 p.m., we still have not received our delivery, the children are starting to get impatient, we call back and are told that it is on the way. 6:27 p.m., our delivery has still not arrived, we call back to be told at first that they do not have our order, after checking they tell us that it is ready. We say that it will arrive shortly, that's when we are told that our order is to be picked up at the counter. We mentioned that we had mentioned delivery, only to be told that it was put to pick up at the counter. After a few minutes of discussion, we were told that there was no delivery this evening! Bullshit.

Dishes directly in the trash, the sauce was black (contaminated) in addition to the smell of unwashed wok. Employee lacking in rigor, the water for boiling the noodles was lukewarm, a nice breeding ground for bacteria.

I wasn't able to put the Wednesday discount on the app and the cashier gave it to me anyway. Really good!
