The chef elevates the dining experience to another level and the service is outstanding. It's enough to make you want to visit Bromont. We were delighted to try a variety of dishes, and I can't decide what was better - the flavor, the presentation, or the service. Is it possible to give 10 stars?! We will definitely be returning soon.
This restaurant is a must-visit for a truly exceptional dining experience. The chef's culinary skills shine through in every dish, and the service is top-notch. We are so glad we didn't miss out on this amazing dining experience.
I had to talk about this restaurant we stopped on the way to the eastern city ships. we were thrilled to try the tasting menu, but at the arrival the tasting menu was today with an elchtar (ok as a appetizer and a blood pudding (no thanks to a pornstar they lost us in blood pudding. So we dropped the menu. highlights: couples were not in the cards anyway for me and I had a pine kombucha. highly recommended! we liked it so much, we ordered a second. the otopus was very good (if not a touch undercooked.) the claw was pure tasteless, but the marinated wobbles were a great addition. lowlights: the waiter was happy to explain to me when it was pressed that the boeuf (as it is simply seen on the menu) was a kontre-filet (aka strip loin) that was 90 days old. I'm pretty sure the average quebecer has no idea what he eats and what he cut. sad, I'm not your average quebecer. that was the hardest piece of steak we had ever sunk into. that was at best a sirloin and probably a bad flank steak. the buses were very good, but over a half of the steak sat happy uneaten on the plate. no question of our waiter about the cut when we were done. I think he knew we called his bluff. wrong advertising? Maybe not on the menu boeuf can mean many things, but after the description of the waiter, a slippery safe. the carrot risotto was very celebrated by other reviewers, so we were pumped to try. think of a few pieces arborio rice swimming in a sea of Velveeta cheese. with some interesting hard pieces and enoki mushrooms that made it almost edible. I was so hungry that I ended it for my wife. ups. would have thought later. all told, $120 for a shoe-leather piece meat that would have aged a few years in vinegar to loosen the muscles that like a bounty ball of mine to begin a risotto cheese soup and some fine kombucha and oktopus. will avoid this device in future
This place is amazing! There are noWords! Highly recommend
