Aki Sushi Bromont

Today I have left the order for the big plate of 40 rolls through the Aki Sushi application (pick up point : Bromont). I ve done it at 16.00, putting the pick up time at 17.00. The order was confirmed (registered in the application through my FB profile) . I arrived at the sushi shop at 17.30 and the staff was surprised that they had any order, as they were cleaning and closing. They haven't heard anything of my order at all, couldn't prepare it for me at that moment. So, having waited for more than 1h to pick up my order, being extremely hungry, I found out that my order was not there, with no trace. I was given no options, no offers, no discounts nothing. I do not recommend Aki Sushi, strongly. Mainly, ordering through their application. I am pretty sure, no one wil be happy to have such a poor and bad customer experience.
