The Pierhead Tavern - Brodick

We came here because it looked like the most beautiful place on the island with the most vegan options. I had the haggis bonbons to begin, they are labeled as vegan on the menu, but obviously the pfefferkorn sauce is not. I heard that. brand it as vegan available' then, so many places do this and I then lose all confidence that what I eat will actually be vegan. they were nice, though a liter dry. I had the moving mountain burger for pornstars, it said it should come with a burger sauce, but it wasn't that a bit dirty and nothing more than a burger I could have got to home. the personal was not great, our food was rushed, so we were finished within 40 minutes after the arrival and then ignored us for the next hour. we had planned to go back the next day to try the other vegan options, but canceled and find somewhere else. - Maybe they had a bad night?

We went twice in the week we were here, first for drinks and then for eating. I had the vegan cornish pasty with chips and drilling that was really nice. the pasty seems to be made by proper cornish. my father had the burger he said was good, and my mother had the shakshuka without any egg, that was quite small for the price. They had a list of 5 or so vegan weep that is so unusual for somewhere but great. many good alcohol-free options such as kombucha and chic juices.

Great staff. several well-marked vegan options. vegan wine. had vegan hagiis bonbons and vegan burger. delicious! would go back.

Many vegan options, an element on the menu was advertised as vegan, but when I went to order them informed me, it was a mistake. we have the burger and it was delicious! surprised that there was a lot of choice. updated by the previous review on 2021-05-31

I visited Pierhead Tavern whilst on holiday with my husband. We both had the vegan fish n chips and Jam Sponge. Both meals were fantastic and were delicious. I would like to see more vegan options but due to COVID-19, they were on a limited menu. The staff were lovely and pointed out all of our options. The Tavern is located on the beach side with lovely views.
