If I could I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star. Had the worst experience. The staff especially the Lebanese girls (hijabis) had no respect and a lot of attitude. I was not expecting the kind of service I received. I don’t pay to be treated with disrespect. Since I’ve heard that Nandos is closed for renovations i hope that the first thing they do is change the staff members and bring in more respectful and more professional staff. The Indian manager was quite respectful but i hope they don’t bring back the same unprofessional staff who wear the scarf and have no respect for it.

No respect to customers, the opening hours is never accurate, you call the office and you also cant get any call back, coming from far and many times losing the trip. Its very upsetting!!

If they are good, they are really good fresh, hot, tasty eating, well seasoned peri peri chips etc. (e.g. my pick up on 17th april). Unfortunately, there is a lack of consistency, and it is possible that they receive very average or below average food, possibly with their burger lacks a main ingredient (e.g. my pickup order on the 10th april).

My cousin, sister, and I occasionally come here. I ordered the smashed avocado and feta burger who was delicious. the peri peri chips have never disappointed. I would say that their quality of food in this nando is consistent. the only problem was that the table on which we sat was very rocky. it was kind of annoying.

The most fantastic personal I had is food succulatiw like nando’s always, but I would come back again and again just because the personal is really wonderful. to help my older oma and to hand over all the teller and extras we pestered for. very grateful
