Starbucks - Brittons Neck

Ordered drink on app then had some car trouble got there a little later than expected they remade my drink for me. Thanks crew!

These employees (Oli) went above beyond to help me. My first time at this location. I'll be back.

Went there today 3/6 at 4:22 pm I asked for an iced coffee. Young girl said they didn’t have iced coffee, so I asked if they had regular coffee and I can add ice… she said they didn’t have drip coffee and I saw the pots and pointed to them and asked and she said none was made and a bit frustrated I asked what time they closed. If it was close to close I would get not wanting to make a fresh pot, but she said 7. So again I said, wait you don’t have regular coffee ? And she then said “well I could make make some” dumbfounded I said forget it. I don’t think whoever manages this would be thrilled having customers walk away just because the workers that they hired to work there didn’t want to make coffee. At a coffee shop.

They need to bring back the chicken bacon sandwich. The pesto turkey was nasty. Ham and Swiss is the only one I like now. Drinks are always good.

I love this Starbucks! Easy to order, smiles always and I love hearing banter between employees! It shows you have a great team put together!
