This cart was a really great find! Very much one of those quintessential Portland finds of a simple looking food cart being truly mind blowing. The presentation was just okay when first opening the box, but the attention to detail and care was noticed when I realized the separately packed in sauce toppings to keep the rolls fresh. I've eaten lots of sushi and never seen this! Great idea that really helped with the taste after a drive home. This will definitely be a place to visit when in Gresham!

Not many healthy choices really, it is a little disappointing given that there are so many cartsGood location, parking with very small spaces, and super cool idea overall.
I have enjoyed dinner from many of the carts. Great! Love the indoor seating that is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I highly recommend.
