Tony's New York Pizza - BRISTOW

The pizza's crust and bottom were burnt and inedible due to being rock hard. Overall, it was poorly assembled.

I had pizza by the slice, and if you want extra toppings, they just put them on top—raw onions, which I really didn't like. They also sprinkle cheese on top and melt it all in the oven to heat the whole pizza. This isn’t really a true custom-made slice.

I usually visit the one on Sudley, but since it was closed on Sunday, I went to the location in Bristow. I'm telling you, please avoid this place. The wings I bought yesterday, 06/20/2022, were absolutely disgusting—smelly, tough, and burnt. I will never return here again. If I could give it a zero, I definitely would.

I stopped by while on a road trip and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly; I was welcomed with a smile and received prompt service. I particularly loved their meat calzone—rich flavors, tasty cheese, and an amazing sauce. If I lived in the area, I would definitely come back frequently!

I visited this restaurant during my lunch break at around 10:50 AM and was pleasantly surprised to find it open. I saw they were pulling fresh pizzas out of the oven (though a warning: they aren’t fully cooked). I ordered a couple of slices, and the young lady at the cash register suggested that since the pizzas had just come out of the oven, they didn’t need to be reheated for me. It sounded good at the time, but it turned out to be a poor choice. The pizza was undercooked, and now I feel unwell. I eventually went back to get my second slice reheated. The owner and manager were kind enough to offer a few complimentary garlic knots, but they were dry and unfortunately ended up in the trash.
