The Sushi 79 - Brisbane

Tried this for the first time yesterday for a late lunchEven at mid-afternoon on a weekday you'll find this place has a constant stream of visitors.

Nice sushi but be sure to carefully check your order.

I went to this restaurant because it's close to my place n good reviewsIt is OK, but I'll never say it's cheap or yum.

Super friendly atmosphere, staff are always on point with greeting and farewell. The store itself is quite reminiscent of a little Japanese gyoza bar. The food, my goodness the FOOD! I only have a really small appetite so the gyoza, mini dumplings and karage chicken are perfect serving sizes. The chicken katsu curry is always divine and never disappoints. I always call ahead and although I'm sure they serve an insane amount of people a day, they always remember my name and preferred sauce (tempura sauce ftw!) I never hesitate to recommend this place :)

Small place with amazing eating. we fell in and grabbed a table. menus on the table and they order at the switch. a lot of choice and very good value. I chose a spicy laugh. it comes with a bowl of steamed rice and a cup. my ess companion bought edamame to launch her the vegetable-bogen box and seatangsalat. everything came immediately – eating was hot and fresh. we enjoyed everything. the dazzling plate is ideal for an insta video, as the steam takes a past. I'll be back there the meals were delicious and very good worth.
