Raw On Ann - Brisbane

Great little place, coffee was great as was the avo on toast. Really cosy inside, and outside its great being elevated from the street. I will be back.

Brekky stop before work. Good location - right in the middle of many businesses offering a decent kickstart to the day. Simple menu, quick service. I ordered the fried egg haloumi stack on sourdough with a side of bacon (requested for it to be crispy). My side didn't come out as a side, it came as a part of my brekky and wasn't crispy as I had requested. Unfortunately, I couldn't appreciate the flavours of what was on my plate because it was drowned in sauce/chutney.

Got my arm twisted to have 2nd quick breakfast before work. Very suprised that Raw on Ann wasn't overflowing with people that early in the morning. Brilliant sized cafe both inside and out with a great outdoor area overlooking the hustle and bustle of Ann st. Very simple menu and fair prices across it, this time I didn't get the coffee so cant comment on that however did have the Turkish breakfast, I was expecting a bit of spice to come through because of the spicy sausage in it but this wasn't the case - no spice, also could have done with more feta throughout the dish, other then these minor things it was a very nice brekky. Very nice staff with very very quick delivery of our breakfast. Great experience.

Had an absolutely killer Haloumi burger here today! Perfect balance of flavour, quick out of the kitchen and easy to manage (not an easy feat for burgers). Docking a point for sloppy service on the delivery of my coffee, but it tasted brilliant!

Had a haloumi salad for lunch. For $9.50 i was expecting a lot more than a dry garden salad with two small peices of haloumi on top. Will not be returning.
