Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

My daughter and I went to have lunch with my husband and this was the only choice in the area. I don't usually eat McDonald's but thought we would try the new gourmet burgers. Ordered 3 burgers and we all had the same an Angus beef burger. Bread was stale and broke up while trying to eat it. There was a dob of mayonnaise on a quarter of the burger. Only one burger had the caramelised onions it was supposed to come with. Piece of bacon half the size of the bread roll one tiny piece of tomato. 5 strands of lettuce and the burger patty did not fill the roll. For the huge price tag I could have eaten at an expensive restaurant. I went on line and put in a complaint about 5 weeks ago and asked to be called back. I am still waiting. Never again will I eat McDonald's.

This place was a disaster. I couldn't actually find the counter to order as they have made it so small and out of the way. Trying to automate things and make us do their job for them. I had to be quite insistent that I did not want to use their crazy machine. McDonalds has gone to the dogs - bring back the old days.On the plus side I must compliment their air conditioning - it was working well and I did not have to turn it on when I got there.

Good predictable macas food. However having the only option to order food is the auto machine and not counter service.

Visited last week and not impressed with new ordering system. It is too complicated and not user friendly. I actually ordered a drink which wasn't available that day. Why didn't the system flag me a warning instead of allowing me to order, then having a team member tell me it wasnt available after I had paid for my item, then have to select something else. A limited number of booths available. No just walking up to the counter and ordering what you want anymore. Lost this customer.

This Mickey-D's is fairly standard as far as fast food drive-thru facilities go.
