While the vegan menu is petite, each option is thoughtful and delicious. The vegan spring rolls were 10/10 and my favourite item on the menu, it comes with a chili sweet sauce. I also had pumpkin and rice rolls (so had both entree options), and the only vegan main a tofu and mushroom in broth, along with the vegan desert. It's a nice one, a bit expensive (that's fine food, so it was to be expected), the food is delicious, but since it's limited, I wouldn't go back there unless the change menu options. We sat outside for dinner the view was beautiful. My maximum rating for places that serve meat is 3/5. Updated by previous rating on 2022 07 01
I just moved back to Brisbane and here for dinner. It fell in love with the city again. Can say happy it is now one of my favorite restaurants and I will be back all on the vegan menu I had the tofu in broth with mushrooms (one of the vegan main thing) it was very salty and rich, so maybe get some rice on the side, but a very large portion and extremely tasty taste. For dessert I had the vegan dessert that bathes a black sesame chocolate brownie type thing in a chocolate sauce with coconut caramel pieces on the top. I am a chokoholic, so I loved it
High quality restaurant and wine bar with separate modern Asian menu. Something special
The restaurant was very busy for a Saturday evening we had booked an 8.15 table and had to wait a few minutes for the table to be ready if you really want to eat her at a weekend, I would recommend booking in advance. We opted for the $70 banquet. Service was friendly and the food arrived very quickly with little waiting time between courses. Other than the dumplings the food isn't typically Asian, but the dishes were flavoursome and the standouts for food were the smoked trout and fennel salad, the pork dumplings and beef cheeks. A litre of a gin cocktail for 3 to share was good value at $30, whilst the glass of rose at $24 a little less so.
