Had a lunch in garden city on Sunday. we wanted to get some fried oyster mushroom and tempura fish paste from the star chicken, but these two items were from the menu, so we changed our mind to get the underscription huhn maryland and mini spring rolls from this ice cream. the business was very busy so we ignored the robot service. it needed reasonable time frames to have our order ready. they lacked spectacular feeling, because portion was not so generous; taste deserved thumb-up. it saved traces. previous rating: 4/5 okt 2021; 4/5 nov 2020

Simply the best Nasi-Lemak in the city. that is our more common farewell at a lazy night. not to disappoint, always in harmony with portion, fresh and chewing gum!

We visited lemak on Thursday evening at 20 o'clock. we ordered the nasi lemak chicken curry and the mee goreng special with friend hühnersamoa and koks for an extra $4. everything on the meal was $26.90 and very reasonable portions for the price. Both net parts were delicious and tasteful. the samosas were a little average or maybe we don't like samosas and there were only 3 small. service was promptly not top dinner time. we would return when looking for a fast Malaysian style meal.

Lemak consistently gets mentioned amongst the Malaysian community in Brisbane as a go to for dishes such as their char kway teow CKT) and their fried chicken. I've been going there more recently myself and feel they've improved in taste and value/portion compared to when they first opened. On this occasion we ordered the CKT $12.90) and a curry chicken with rice $10 lunch special; available everyday) for takeaway. Both dishes were flavourful and satisfying as we've come to expect
