This place is not hard to place, it is located on the same floor as kfc. I like how they made the cake not too sweet. Too much sugar is not good for your health tho. I would recommend to eat it while it's still hot. It's a good choice if you want to have your snack.
Service typical and nothing out of the ordinary. a little bit on the unpleasant side but overall acceptable service.Food wheel cake matcha flavour tasted a little bit on the artificial side rather than your rich matcha, but was still enjoyable. That being said, the custard was also decent but nothing too out of the ordinary. However I really did enjoy the whole thing as a nice little dessert. Would definitely go back as the price was quite worth it. After eating it more I didnt mind the matcha taste with the custard.
The hot cakes here are delicious! My favourites are the green tea with custard
Every time I was at Garden City, I dutifully dropped by the Hot Cake House and purchased my red bean hot cake.
