Hog's Breath Cafe Springfield

As a former hoggies employee, I am appalled by our mothers day dinner. with the worst management, customer service of Supervisors/Owners and terrible foods I had in years. all steak dishes come undercooked, the redo steak and the first steak were 75% fat and so-shaw. however they are waiting staff absolutely amazing 10/10. adult eating was honest that bad I couldn't eat it. child meals were great. waited 20 minutes for kinders, never came, so we just went out. then waited another 20 minutes on the counter waiting to pay. no care or care for the condition of meals and lack of bad service not to mention two more tabs over 1. double payment taken and 2 food never come out or corrected. I'm really sorry for the waiting staff that it has to cope with by customers because of the lack of higher staff and kitchen training. can not say that I would ever return

I love the new menu and new mood at the place, my huh and avocado was amazing to go such a good place if they want a good quality simple meal.

Have a birthday for family members. the place was incredibly loud, had to scream to talk to someone about the table. we paid $92 for our families eating (2 meals and a child's meal) so we were excited to think our food, it would be great, given the price. the veggies were blande, chips were cold and the steaks were hard and watery. not a person on our table enjoyed their food, which was disappointing bc the personal did what they could to accommodate us. no reason to complain about the time, it was not the coworkers' fault. they would think a steak house would know how to do a steak good (especially for $40 a teller.) you better go to the beach house in orion.

Have been going this restaurant for around 7 years and always been happy with service and food. This time around the steak was terrible. Very fatty meat that we all requested medium cooked but came out very rare to point of blood running every where on plate. First time we left meat on plate. Then to top off our bill is normally around $120 but now gone up to $160+. There seem to be a lot of new staff who were trying hard but lacked knowledge or experience. After over 100 visits to this hogs breath over the years we agree not to go backeven the house salad has shrunk in size very disappointedagain

I really disappointed that my Ribs steak teriyaki sauce salty, Gravy getting really less sauce and know want tells us that none sweet potato wedges. We ordered natural prime rib traditional and gravy getting really less sauce and Hog's curly fries not much. We ordered Garlic mushroom Prime Rib gravy getting really less sauce and House side Salad not really enough. Two steak cook too fast some steak meat still little blood. We ordered the drink tall bourbon and not large bourbon and charge over the price and no 25% our bills is way too much. I don't think that we will not come back. If people read this review I won't recommend to Hog's Breath Springfield. Felt really disappointed I wish could rate zero star
