Fusion Cafe Restaurant and Bar

We were not expecting anything great here, but were pleasantly surprised with what we received. Our orders were taken promptly & we decided to go with the Indian as the Mexican didn't look like anything out of the ordinary. Mainly nachos & burritos- if you want those you can get them at Guzman Gomez or wherever. The Indian selection was pretty good I ended up choosing the pumpkin/chickpea curry & safe old veg samosas to start. (my theory being one can always tell a good Indian restaurant by their samosas!!) The samosas were a delight with crunchy pastry & a delightful potato veg mix inside. My partner had the pakoras & they too had that great crunch with the softness inside. Bread was well cooked light & fluffy with the burnt edges yum. The prices are very reasonable & service gracious

It was my first time trying Fusion and i was a little skeptical because the kitchen serves Mexican, Indian and nepalese food.I ordered the butter chicken, lamb madras and a garlic naan, takeaway.  The food was amazing, rich and full of flavour. Definitely some of the better indian i've had in Brisbane. I think i have a new local. highly recommend.
