Electric Avenue JR - Brisbane

Have been to Electric avenue a few times and been impressed each time. Friendly bar and wait staff, a good selection of craft beers and an all around great vibe. Can recommend the duck.

I've eaten here on three separate occasions and their flavoursome food will see me back for a fourth and fifth and sixth! The staff go out of their way to ensure you feel comfortable and relaxed for the best dining experience. They have a wide selection of beverages that will ensure every whistle is wet. To finish the night off, I highly recommend heading upstairs for a nightcap. Just make sure you follow the rabbit..

Excellent food. Attentive service. Midrange pricing. Aiming for the Foodie and wine connoisseur market. Pleasant ambience. Don't order the charred greens.... very ordinary. The fish was excellent. A reasonable experience but not enough to bring me back soon.

Wine was best part of the meal. Very limited choice on menu and flavours all wrong.  Even good old fries not good.  Why put "burnt aoili "on the fries.

My friend and I was just talking about how there's a lack of good restaurants in Brisbane and then this gem shows up. I don't usually leave reviews but when I went there last Friday night this place was amazing. We need more places like this in Brisbane. From the amazing selection of beer on tap, to the beautiful decor and then to the food to live up to my high expectations (I recommend the blackened duck breast, it was delicious), I was truly mystified why I have not heard of this place sooner (turns out it only opened recently). It reminded me of the places I've been to in Melbourne and I highly recommend trying it out. *Spoiler alert* And to top it all off there may be a hidden bar upstairs that all whisky lovers like myself would definitely appreciate! Made my night
