Black Bird Bar & Grill - Brisbane

A spectacular outlook of the Story Bridge and Brisbane river from the bar and one side of the dining room, great food with an exquisite wine menu. The Seafood was fresh and an amazing selection of entrees I loved that you can see the kitchen from the dining room for me watching the food prep and meat resting always builds the anticipation of a good meal. Great wait staff - will definitely come back here again!

We had a $70 per head set menu - with a choice of 4 entrees and 4 mains. The meals were spectacular! So much so that people were arguing who had the best meal!The staff were very attentive and extremely accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The bar staff were excellent as well. We were able to have drinks prior to lunch on the deck overlooking the river, and then after lunch. Everyone had a fantastic time and we would all definitely go back - either to eat or just drink - or both!

Abbiamo passato una piacevolissima serata di agosto in questo ristorante. Carne buonissima, posto bello (con un po' di fortuna abbiamo ottenuto anche il tavolo migliore con vista sul fiume). Camerieri e servizio eccellente: avendo dovuto aspettare dieci minuti in più per essere serviti, non solo i camerieri si sono scusati più volte ma ci hanno anche offerto due contorni...persone gentilissime e molto preparate. Ottimo vino suggerito dal personale e conto adeguato. L'unica pecca è non poterci ritornare.

Superb degustation with a warm front of house welcome and send off. I dined solo and was in excellent company with genuine, attentive staff. Morgan, the sommelier beer matched superbly at each course, delicious and beautiful food. A genuinely wonderful experience. Thank You to chef staff for your top skills and passion for food. The atmosphere is lovely, a filled restaurant o the more lively bar area leading to the balcony. I recommend Blackbird Bar and Grill with encouragement to make it part of your Brisbane experience, don't miss this one!

The restaurant has an amazing energy about it..Close to the river.. Lots of interesting people eating and drinking. I went with friends who frequent here.. Absolutely love it. Good fine ..fabulous wine & Bubbles.
