The Bench - BRISBANE CITY

I was walking around Brisbane and came across this cafe and as they had the Campos sign out front thought I should check it out sometime.

Come here pretty much everyday for my brekky. good coffee great food and reasonable price. Lovely staff can remember your name quite quickly which is always a good feeling

A good place for morning tea/lunch, situated in the Courts precinct. Indoor and outdoor tables available and a wide range of typical breakfast dishes as well as lunch options. Friendly staff and quick turnaround helps if you are on a tight timetable or short break, or you can linger longer, and watch the foot (and bicycle) traffic from the Kurilpa bridge come by. Quality of coffee is good and salads, wraps, rolls, burgers available for lunch. Breakfast has all the toast variations as well as eggs, savoury mince on offer.

Go there for lunch once or twice a month. Staff are pretty good and the food is satisfactory. It's a nice place to go for food and it doesn't feel like it's in the City.

I come here daily for my morning coffee, and sometimes a bite to eat. The coffee is always consistent and great quality. Very good prices and swiftly made. The staff learnt my order really quickly and always greet me by name. The staff themselves are friendly and always obliging. The food is made in house, and as some other reviewers have said: never pre made patties (chicken etc! which is amazing. I usually get a roast pork roll, which tastes amazing, and is made daily, nothing is pre-made and everything is served with generous sizing. Always a great start to my day- and always a great lunch when I pop in!
