Shinbashi Sushi - BRISBANE CITY

Beautiful fresh sushi here & the service is good. I particularly enjoy the vegetarian dishes & have to agree with the previous reviewer regarding the well balanced yet delicate saltiness of the omelette sushi. Great place to snack in the Myer Centre after shopping

Enjoyed a lunch here with all plates being $3.50. My favourite is the Peking duck sushi, which I don't usually see at other sushi train joints. Service was friendly and prompt, the overall quality of the sushi was decent though not amazing. Still good enough to return for when you want something different to a food court lunch :)

I had some really lovely sushi at Shinbashi. The fresh salmon was generous and the crispy prawn was delicious. However, my favourite was the vegetarian which included a delicious piece of omelette within the sushi. It was quite salty but against the relative mild rice it was well-balanced. If be happy to come back here for more sushi or to try a meal.

Naturally I compared every meal to South Africa and like most South Africans I love me my sushi, so in comparison SA is def cheaper, fresher and tastier
