Beautiful and friendly place. a little expensive for salad items. but well decorated and delicious food. try it.

Without doubt the worst microshaft cubes I've ever had. seriously had better eggs on planes. zero mastery of tom.

This place was good. It’s was reasonably priced and the burgers were tasssssty.. had a great vibe going on too. I’ll pop back.

Either Master Tom's has been reading the reviews and improved or I just got lucky today. The service was fast and friendly. The coffee good. The sweet potato and halloumi salad with mushroom $14) was OK but the spinach wasn't quite fresh. The location says that this place should be full at lunch time but it wasn't. A bad reputation takes a long time to undo. Time will tell if I just got lucky today.

TL;DR: It definitely does not suck this place, and has a few aspects going for it that will objectively work to its advantage. Strip away much of the gleam, and what is seen here is a different version of the pub fare and it could almost not be in any better of a position. There is the bright decor, the welcoming atmosphere, and some grub that is not so bad at all. Give it a bit of time, and it might become a hotspot. On this side of the central area of town, Master Tom's scores the points for location with what is practically a bulls eye.
