Jabiru - BRISBANE CITY

Decided I needed a different setting for breakfast and decided Jabiru was the place. A contemporary welcoming little joint. Ordered a Soy Chai Latte which came hot and with a nice little treat (chocolate freckle). Chai was quite nice. I also ordered Smashed Avocado on toast (not the one with shrooms and feta, which probably would have been better). The avocado was sufficient for the toast but the sourdough was not pleasant, quite floury tasting. I'll enjoy coffee or Chai here again but definitely not the simple version of their Avo on toast. The service is spot on, staff seem friendly, and the place has quite a relaxing atmosphere.

Lovely for breakfast if you like to pay top $ for cold hollandaise sauce from a jar. Coffee was nice though.

This is a great place to meet with friends for coffee, breakfast, a beer after work of for a tasty lunch. Nicely designed and set up with great service

I been going to this cafe for a while now for various lunches and dinners. The food is always good, staff always helpful and always served in timely fashion even in peak times. Highly recommend this place.

Came here for a work lunch with some colleagues and food and service were great. Only recommendation would be to have more fans. It's summer at the moment so if you don't get any breeze coming through it get a little warm. Other than that a nice place.
