McDonald's Brisbane Airport Drive

When I placed my order at the restaurant, they barely acknowledged it. I had ordered a coffee, but they seemed more interested in fulfilling delivery orders. It was quite frustrating. After waiting for my coffee, it finally arrived, but the service was very poor. I wouldn't recommend traveling halfway around the world just to be disappointed by the service.

She was looking for somewhere to eat and ended up at this restaurant. The place was disorganized with messy tables and slow service. The food was not enjoyable and left her feeling unsatisfied. There are limited dining options at the bus terminal or nearby, so this was her only choice. In hindsight, she wishes she had gone somewhere else, like a place in Hamilton.

On Sunday, January 27th at 8:15pm, my family and I called McDonald's to use the bathroom and grab a bite to eat after a long flight. We waited for over ten minutes until someone finally came to serve us, along with a few other customers. Despite my polite requests for service, we were ignored by all the staff. The other customers in line were shocked by how rude the employees were and their refusal to acknowledge us. I asked three times for assistance from the young cook, but each time I was ignored. Frustrated, I went to the cafe next door and was told to use the self-service machines. Without my glasses, I struggled to figure out the machines with the help of my child. We were left feeling angry and disappointed by the terrible experience. I urge the management to address this issue and ensure that such behavior towards customers never occurs again. We will be avoiding this McDonald's location in the future, opting for Hungry Jack's instead when we visit Brisbane Airport. It is located at the corner of Ton Drive and Nancy Bird Way, in Brisbane Airport, Queensland.

Very rude. racists! came here to have something and the person who served me was very rude. I decided to get out. we don't eat here for free. we expect respect. we are also human!

Went to McDonald's at Brisbane Airport Service Centre for a quick lunch before going to Sydney with my granddaughter. Extremely disappointed. Went as she asked but neither my husband or self wanted to. The girl who took our order was unsure how to key it...in and needed assistance on more th. one occasion. If she was being trained should not have been left alone. Food came and we're surprised by the small piece of beetroot on the broncos burger. Not only that no toy or drink with happy meal. Had to go back to counter for them. Other small things weren't right either. My granddaughter may enjoy her McDonald's meals but neither the food or service we had were good enough.
