Przekaż informację zwrotnąYesterday, myself and five friends went to Brighton Lost Boys for a meal. We all placed our orders at the same time and sat down with our drinks, waiting for our food. The bar staff seemed uninterested in taking our orders and instead preferred to chat with friends at the bar. We were given bluetooth alarm devices that would flash red when our food was ready, indicating that we could pick it up from the kitchen window. We were also told we could get sauces and condiments from there. However, it was difficult to figure out the process, and I had to go back and forth between the bar and kitchen window three times with no success. After waiting for around 45 minutes and hunting for sauce, my device finally flashed, so I went to collect my food. Unfortunately, there was no one at the kitchen window to ask for sauces, so I had to eat my plain chips without any condiments. The burger was well made and presented, but it was a bit lacking in meat. The taste was decent, but not worth the nearly hour-long wait for a simple meal. My friends waited another 15 minutes after me, resulting in us all eating at different times and defeating the purpose of having a meal together. Even though we ordered basic menu items, the service was disappointing. This experience has left me with no desire to return for average chicken burgers and poor service.
We ordered food and our order contained chicken wings for our two children age 11 and 6. After tger had eaten one and dropped the bone we couldn't believe what we saw.... raw. I'm just so upset my boys have eaten this and hoping it doesn't make them ill.
I tried the chicken burger and buffalo wings at this restaurant and they were delicious. The buffalo wings were the best I've ever had. The service was quick and the food was great.
I ordered on deliveroo and my order took 96 mins to get here when it did the food was cold and the restaurant had abruptly closed on the app plus it was just past 9pm so I didn't think there was any point in complaining my burger was fine it was a cold chicken burger with alot of mayo but the curly fries were inedible the sauce on them was far to spicy for me this is my fault I should have got it as a dip so I could test out the heat but the fact they were stone cold made sure I couldn't eat them what a waste of money
Zero accountability. Zero customer service. 100% amateur. AVOID. The phone will suddenly become unavailable no customer support exists. They'll scam you any way they can. Choose somewhere decent instead.
