Bison Beer - Brighton and Hove

Mint cake croquettes and craftsmanship beer, hipster sky! at my last visit yesterday I enjoyed three more beers and bought a bottle of black band to bring home

I love this place absolutely. always has the most amazing selection of craft beers on tap. my last visit had among others the similarities of deya, omnipollo, pollys brew co. eating is the next level. whether their burger or tapas style small teller and tacos, I forgive no one, not to be blown away from the taste profiles of these dishes. the mood is always electric at the evenings with great melodies and happy people who are happy. the personal is really beautiful and clearly love to work there. by far the coolest place in brighton. so cool I hosted last year the day of my brother in hiding that was incredible. they just refurbished it so that they're looking for someone else to host something there.

Great Range of Beer and a good wine list with a welcoming and knowledgeable staff, what more could you want .

Good selection of beers, friendly, helpful staff, nice decor, no football fans. Closes too early on Sundays
