I regret to express my extreme disappointment with my recent visit to Bright Chinese Restaurant. The quality of the food was far below even the lowest of expectations, and to exacerbate the matter, the portion sizes were astonishingly tiny. It's genuinely disheartening to anticipate a satisfying meal and be confronted with such paltry servings that left me feeling unsatisfied and let down. To compound the negative experience, the customer service was equally subpar. The staff's lack of attentiveness and basic courtesy reflected poorly on the restaurant's professionalism. Adding insult to injury, the dishes lacked any hint of flavor or inspiration. The entire meal was a tasteless affair that failed to capture the essence of Chinese cuisine. Given the combination of inadequate food quality, meager portions, and disappointing customer service, it's with certainty that I declare my decision not to return to Bright Chinese Restaurant.

Regrettably, my recent experience at Bright Chinese Restaurant was disappointing. Portion sizes were less and the food lacked flavour. While I have no intention of hurting the staff, these factual shortcomings need addressing for a better dining experience. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
