Beautiful pub courteous staff worth a visit when they are in the opposite.

Very accommodating providing a Gluten Free meal suitable for a Coeliac. Meal sizes were decent and Delicious . Great setting. Service: 4 Location: 5

I was assisted by Dave in selecting some good wine for my Porepunkah friends. He was polite, gave his opinion regarding my choices. Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great value

Went for lunch. Pub decore and general appearance great. Picked as they had strong local brews on tap. Beers did not disappoint. Started with garlic bread. Was an absolute stunner. Mains of prawn and chorizo pasta and Parma. Chorizo appeared not to be cooked enough to help release fat and therefore flavour. Parma very disappointing as inside was cold and meat very dry. Felt like the schnitzel was pre cooked or supplied as such, then topped in cheap ham and cheese. Salad not dressed and so was very much afterthought on the plate. For such a great location bit disappointed with standard. Hoping it was just that day, but can't hide my disappointment.

Made a booking for two at 3.55 received confirmation text.Lady who took the booking had a strong European accent.When we arrived they claimed there was no record of the booking.We were able to get a table Food was very average and my friends glass had a huge chip on the rim A very disappinting experience.
