Jac's Burgers And Shakes - Bridgewater

The décor at Jacs transports you straight to the 1950s, complete with era-inspired music! The tables and chairs feature a charming combination of turquoise, white, and pink, perfectly mirroring a classic diner vibe. The owner, Debbie, occasionally has her daughter lending a hand. The food here is exceptional, with generous portions at reasonable prices that reflect the quality. Breakfasts are hearty and satisfying! Their milkshakes are homemade and bursting with incredible flavors! Plus, they offer a customer loyalty card that gets stamped with each visit. The restaurant is clean and inviting, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

I'm not sure how this restaurant is still operating. The owner was quite dreadful, being rude and condescending to customers. We decided to leave before even placing our order. Afterward, we spoke with some locals nearby and discovered that the owner of Jac's has a notorious reputation for mistreating people. I certainly won’t be supporting this business.

The food made me feel unwell. There seems to be an issue with their bacon-infused patties; I've tried them several times and I always end up feeling terrible afterward. I haven't had great experiences with the service either; customer service is average at best. While the decor is nice, it doesn't compensate for the poor quality of the food.

Wish I could rate it 0. Very rude owner, entitled, snobby and blames everyone but themselves in my opinion. Will not be going again.

So I have never have had a bacon infused hamburger before end result juicy tasteful. By far the best burger I have had in a long time, which I ordered the spic I added an additional patty, as all burgers come with just 1/4lb. The fries are from fresh potatoes and perfectly crispy. Now the shake was spectacular, I had the creamsicle, and it tasted authentic. Yummy place with 50s decor!
