Smashburger - BRICK

We came here to order our order. My husband's burger meal came out first. It was cold while waiting for my meal. I went up and asked the cashier and she said it took 15 minutes. Wing. We placed our order at 7:10. My meal came at 7:40. It wasn't so great. Quite disappointed! I took mine home.

Honestly, worst experience, terrible customer service, my mother food was brought out and half an hour later came mine and she was done. The food that came out for me was the wrong order, then they took the burger and just stacked it on another and served it as a double. The burger itself was quite well cooked and had ordered extra cheese, which again bc the quick turn around with the wrong order, they did not add to the additional cheese. My mother had wondered nicely if they might have forgotten the rest of the order, and the lady in the register said: I don't know what they're doing there? Just terrible. If that's the case, this business will run from now on, it'll go out of business sooner than later.

This place is honest 0 stars. I ordered a normal hamburger because I don't like cheese. I ordered sweet potatoes and someone else in my party ordered normal pommes. We were probably waiting for over 20 minutes. When our food came, my burger had cheese and the normal frits were cold. We waited 20 minutes for ANOTHER until we had to ask the people at the counter if it were done. When they gave us the burger, he had cheese on it. When I finally got my normal burger, I had to eat in the car because we were late. In addition, the tables were really dirty and had food everywhere. Overall no good experience and I prefer to go to the Red Robin basically right next to him.

The location is clean and the food was well prepared, but the service was slow, at times it did not seem enough staff for the amount of customers in the restaurant.

Just okay. 4 burgers w/ ff for $50 was not worth it. Staff was like a deer in headlights. Constantly repeating my order to them, and not coming out correctly. All the ketchups were empty too on almost every table? When addressed, I got a blank look like I?m asking them to part the 7 seas.
