Sonny's BBQ - Brandon

This Sonny's is a great location. The staff is always beautiful. I was not a fan of Sonny’s for a long time, but I think they updated their recipes lol. The chicken actually had taste. At this point I first tried the smoked turkey sandwich I'm sorry I didn't all give you a photo of, but it was made perfect. I suggest adding Cole Slaw to him. Whatever I will say, the Koleslaw is very good. My second trip I tried the grill salad and added chicken. It was wonderful. My Togo sever JohnAlex was polite and made sure that my order was properly repaired. Five launches for my experience

Wonderful service! Smile and good settings all around. My pulled chicken on Texas Toast was fabulous. Great taste. The onion rings were a little disappointing. Bland, cooked and pieces. Also, while not shown on the menu, o rings were $5 appetizer, still corresponds to one side of frits. RestRoom Review: good pit stop. Clean, several stands, full soap and towels. A good regular lunch place.

Shortly wait for our large group at the beginning of dinner hour. Great choice to satisfy all appetites, even picky eaters. The BBQ egg rolls were the best! The hosts and servers worked well together to keep the guests happy. Thank you very much to the hostess who was so helpful when my little girl forgot her tablet when we were gone.

Overall not to bad of a experience, my wife ate at the original Sonny's in FL many years ago and it was amazing. This visit the food was not as good but overall we still enjoyed it ourselves. However the server was a bit slow getting us refills and kind of disappeared after bringing us the bill we had to ask another server for a to go container.

Picked my order up in the drive thru. Ordered the chicken dinner and a brisket sandwich. The chicken is definitely not smoked. I actually felt like it wasn't all the way done. No pink ring on the chicken at all. No flavor, very bland. The brisket was tender, but again, no flavor. The mac n cheese nice and creamy. The baked beans was OK. But that chicken is supposed to tear apart when it's done. This bird was still fighting.
