OEC Japanese Express (Reservoir)

Super fast and friendly. Sushi is 3 star sushi. I'll add that super fast means calling in 15 minutes ahead of time. Not complaining l, though. 15 minutes for a family of 4 isn't bad at all in my opinion.

This place seems super clean! I'm surprised we're able to keep our shoes on past the door this place! I mean, the young man behind the counter knows enough English to take orders manage the till, but that's bout it! He's accommodating hospitable just the same.Food: 3/5

From my other reviews you can probably tell that I love sushi lol. This OEC is one of my go to spots. The rolls always taste fresh. Some days they do get really busy so calling ahead is an option to think about. Always very nice people and staff.

I came to get my go to meal from hibachi express places. I ordered a simple steak and rice and when I tell you it’s by far the worst steak and rice I’ve ever had I mean it. The steak was hard and legit tasted like rubber, with the rice being hard as well and not even cooked. I’m so disappointed being that I used to come here for the longest time. I will be going to Sakura and will never come back to this oec ever.

I ordered Scallop and shrimp hibachi on today and realized once I was home that it came with five small cut up pieces of hibachi that equals to one scallop for a total of $13.95. Not only that, the scallop was under cooked and rubbery(indication that it’s not cooked thoroughly) so I called to report it and they agreed to give us cooked scalloped if we would come back. Upon arrival I checked the order after she mentioned it was still light in color. Well this time it had 4 pieces of broccoli with three small pieces of under cooked scallops( which didn’t even equal to a whole scallop this time). After being told I could either cook it at home or they cook try and cook it more, I decided it wasn’t worth my time so I left it all there. After spending $40 on food here today It will definitely be my last time….Very Disappointed…
