I've ordered from this establishment on several occasions and generally refrain from leaving 1-star reviews. However, my recent experience was disappointing. I attempted to order a pizza with two toppings on one half, which traditionally counts as a single topping, and is reflected as such within their app. When I tried to place the order over the phone, they were charging me for two separate toppings, citing that cheese is considered one of them. I advise caution when ordering over the phone, as such misleading practices can significantly detract from the overall experience. UPDATE I got a call from the store after this review to rectify the situation saying there was some miscommunication. Updated the review from 1 star to 3 based on the previous experience and for the considerate effort.
