Tim Hortons - Bradford

We experienced a long wait in the drive-thru, so since we were in the area, we decided to go inside to order. The staff was extremely friendly, and the drinks were made to perfection. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The café and gas station in Crosby is lovely. I noticed a bug appearing on the screen and asked the staff about it; they assured me there was nothing to worry about.

The drive-thru line was quite long, and since we were passing through the area, we decided to go inside to stretch our legs. The staff were incredibly friendly, and our drinks were prepared to perfection. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The experience was awful. I walked in and ordered two large iced coffees—one with sweet vanilla and the other with hazelnut. Emery at the front counter seemed confused and insisted that sweet vanilla didn’t exist. It’s ironic because I go to Tim Hortons twice a day, and every location I’ve visited has had it. I didn't want to argue, so I just asked for a refund. Now I have to drive all the way back to the Tim Hortons in Salamanca to get my coffee because Bradford’s location couldn’t handle the order.

It was a fantastic local experience! The food was exceptional, the staff were very friendly, and there was an intriguing mix of locals each night enjoying hot, fresh tea together.
