Wendy's - Bradenton

I got breakfast, in my opinion after one of the best almost food breakfast period. I just don't know why they don't sell the potato wedges all day, I'd like to get them instead of pommes!

I waited in line for 34 minutes behind 3 cars. It seems like they intentionally closed their dining room for over 10 minutes per car in order to discourage people from returning. And it worked!

First of all, every night this restaurant appears closed as it is pitch black with the Wendy's sign and parking lights out. The only lights on are in the cooking area and drive-thru. The lobby is never open to the public, showing that the business prioritizes customer security. Additionally, the service is consistently slow, taking 5-10 minutes for each vehicle to be served.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. The staff is lazy and unprofessional. The dining area was closed off, indicating they didn't want to serve customers. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my chili. The manager seemed to be under the influence of heroin, as he could barely keep his eyes open. I would give this place negative 5 stars if I could.

This place is a joke!!! Don't come here the building is nasty disgusting and very aged and not at all maintained. The employees are about dumb as a box of rocks!!!! 4 times I repeated myself and still had to go back because 4 different employees could not understand no onion no pickle!!!! They had better find smarter more customer friendly staff before this places closes for good!!! I refuse to step foot back on this property!!!!
