Scuderia Italian Cuisine - Bradenton

I visited on a night when the restaurant was quite empty and peaceful, which I appreciated. The waitress was friendly and attentive, and the appetizer was delicious. However, the main course was just average.

The food was fantastic! The homemade clam chowder was packed with clams—definitely not one of those places that skimp on them. Both the tortellini with basil pesto sauce and the tortellini with cream sauce and prosciutto were absolutely delightful. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive as well.

The service was a bit slow, and it seemed like they were short-staffed. However, everything else was very pleasant. I discovered this place through Discover Bradenton.

We have eaten at this restaurant twice before and the food was excellent. On the evening related to this review, we ordered the chicken parmigiana and the eggplant parmigiana with a calamari appetizer. All were heavily breaded, appeared to be deep fried, and were overcooked. We very much enjoyed this restaurant before and after spending good money on this meal, are now very much disappointed.

Loved it! Went for the first time after recommendations from another. The food was excellent, authentic flavor and great portions! I had leftovers for lunch the next day. The service was also excellent, the place was quiet and nice ambiance. Pricing was very reasonable. Will definitely go again.
