Polo Grill - Lakewood Ranch - Bradenton

This is our second reservation in the Polo Grille. We eat there for the holidays and again for Easter. The buffet food was enormous. Huge assortment and delicious. Staff very attentive and great customer service. Desserts die for!! This will continue to make our family reservations for all holidays. Would highly recommend.

This was a Sunday brunch, the food was bad, and there was no omelet station.

The Easter Brunch we had was overpriced for the quality of food served. Many warm dishes were actually cold, while cold items were served warm. It was apparent that the warm dishes had been sitting in the kitchen for a while before being brought out. The seafood buffet items were not properly chilled, with items like shrimp and smoked salmon being warm due to being displayed in a warm area. The service was average and we were disappointed to find a 20% service fee automatically added to our bill, especially since there were only two of us dining.

The Easter buffet was fantastic, however, the loud noise in the main dining room and bar area made it challenging to fully enjoy the meal. Perhaps installing some soundproofing could improve the dining experience.
