New York Style Brooklyn Pizzeria

The online menu needs to be desperately updated because the prices were quite a bit more expensive then what was advertised. Also the place I pulled up to looked completely different, I’m assuming new owners?Now onto the food, no complaints for the cheese pizza because it was a great pie. Not too greasy, good amount of cheese, and not too doughy.The white pizza however was disappointing since it was drier then the Gobi Desert. It tasted great don’t get it twisted, but the dryness had me fighting the dough on every slice.Overall, you pay a bit too much for not the best. Hopefully they can get their menu updated.

Be aware, this place is not Giovanni's Brooklyn pizzeria anymore, you go on Giovanni's website order based off their menu get there and they charge you twice as much and they tell you that it has changed 10 months ago, when you Google the new Brazilian pizzeria place nothing comes up. they are aware that it has changed and didn't do anything to correct the error, this is false advertisement

This place is under new ownership since late 2022. It now serves Brazilian style pizza. If you've never had Brazilian style pizza, you owe it to yourself to give it a try. The sourdough crust is thin but tender. The sauce has a robust tomato character with just the right amount of cheese. The toppings are not your usual American faire. We had minced garlic and fresh arugula (added after the pizza came out of the oven and slightly wilted from the heat of the pizza on ours and it was delicious. We look forward to going back and trying some of other interesting combinations (hearts of palm with bacon, etc.

We were in from out of town and on a crazy, strict schedule. Ordered our pizza ahead of time and when we got there, it was hot and ready! Not sure about some of the other negative reviews, but our pizza was great and exactly what I expected for “Brooklyn Pizza.”We would definitely go back if we are in town again!!!

Excellent pizza and great customer service. Order was not correct when we picked it up but the gentleman working made it right quickly and even brought it out to our car. Very impressed.
