Very beautiful evening. service was great, meals were very good. really wanted the orichette, but not available in the evening we went....online menu listed it.

Absolutely FANTASTIC! The service, the wine, the food and the prices. Don’t let the exterior of this shopping center make you think twice. Come on in and enjoy a great atmosphere!

We made reservations for St. Valentine 's day. We were sat by one waiter and after 5 minutes we got water from a second waiter that was running around. Twice, we were asked if we wanted bread. Well! We are still waiting. After waiting 15 20 minutes, we got NO service whatsoever. We were the second couple that walked out the restaurant that night due to LACK of service. We could appreciate other tables waiting for the food as well. Unfortunately, as a restaurant manager and during a busy day like that you should be prepared with competent and enough staff. This is a fine restaurants or at least that 's what they may call themselves. Entrees were running $24 35 for pasta! I cannot comment about food because we were never got the chance to request it. If at least, they were apologetic and excuse themselves from the mediocre service, probably, that may have done a little bit of difference.

We usually really enjoy Eat Organico as the food is delicious. However they seriously overbooked the restaurant on Valentines and the service was very slow as a result. Hopefully this was a one-off as it is one of our favourite restaurants in the area.

Guess it’s not fair to judge a restaurant on a Valentine’s Day. But we have always been more than happy with everything at Eat Organico. Well, Feb. 14 was the exception. First it was a limited menu which I do understand, they were ill equipped to handle the volume of people who had reservations. A server, when they came by your table never returned with requested items. We saw many people leave bc they were either not taken care of or had a big delay in getting their food. I do hope this personal favorite returns to their usual quality and thinks twice about trying to take the volume of reservations which they obviously could not handle.
