Aarth Cafe - Bracken Ridge

A small group of us went for lunch. The food was very good and meal size just right. The lamb salad was excellent, and tandoori chicken a little warm but very good. XCapade was also delicious. The food was well priced but it did take a while to arrive. This did not worry us as were having a relaxing lunch. We will be back to try the dinner menu which also looks inviting.

Ordered online and selected pick up asap. Didn't get told until after I had paid that it would be a 45 minute wait. Waited the 45 minutes and showed up to pick it up and had to wait another 15 minutes in the shop. I was told that this was normal. I have not even eaten the food yet but will definitely not be back even if it's amazing.

Just got some last minute take away butter chicken before the cafe closed and it's so delicious! One of the best butter chickens I've ever had!

Aarth is set in a smallish shopping centre in Taigum on the northern side of Brisbane, about half way between where my sister and I live. We were able to park very easily. Some tables were inside and some outside. We chose the air-conditioned comfort inside.Friendly staff and a good menu with some Indian cuisine provided a great start for lunch. The service was good and attentive, the meals were a good size, correct temperature, tasty. The lemon, lime and bitters were hand mixed, and the barista coffee was excellent. And to top it off, the pricing was a pleasant surprise. We plan on returning to Aarth, and will be recommending this family business to others.

This is a smallish, newly built, and nicely decorated restaurant which despite having an Indian name also serves other types of cuisine - all at pretty good prices. There was also plenty of variety from Australian-style meals to some hot Indian dishes. The staff were friendly and the food was very tasty with good portion sizes. They also had nice coffee and the drink sizes were excellent. The service was also good and our meals were served quite promptly. There's plenty of parking in the adjacent shopping centre. I'd rate this restaurant as a 'thumbs up' and recommend going there. Oh, and I should mention this very important point - it is very clean!
