Ok coffee but staff have started under filling coffee and i never get a free coffee using the rewardle card. Dissapointed, i will be spending my money elsewhere from now on

USED to be my go to for quality beans. I gave another 2 tries. The bean quality is definitely getting worse for my last 2 orders.

Our company has been buying end of month coffees for 20 staff, for over a year by phone order (requested by DiBella staff). Today we were lectured in front of other customers how this is never done, and i 've been the manager for ages . Not only have we done over 12 orders monthly this way we have regular meetings/lunches in Bowen Hills at Di Bella. Ci 'est la vie, our staff of 20 can just pop around the corner to Merlo. Surprisingly aggressive customer service by your manager .
