Skylight Donuts Drive-thru

I visited this restaurant in June at 11:35 AM, and I had a disappointing experience with a young woman who had red hair. She was extremely rude, which really affected my mood. I was quite unhappy with how I was treated.

First, I want to say that I really enjoy the food coffee a lot. I've come here since 2014, never had a problem, but I'm writing this review because of the service I did on Sunday 12. March 2023. I came home with my daughter at 9:00. We were the only ones. I ordered a small coffee, a bagel with cream cheese, he got a breakfast sandwich 2 donuts our daughter got a bagel. The lady was so rude, she crumbled her eyes on me when I tried to complete my order, then said, "You will order everything that is roasted". This is for the base 57 location. She clearly had no idea how to run a smooth operation that went further back before I could finish the order! I'm not a fan of Tim Hortons, but it's right on the street, so if this is the setting I'm getting from an employee, then I'll get my business to Tim's or find another small coffee shop instead of supporting!

The staff is incredibly friendly and they typically remember your order. Quick and efficient service!

I visited around midday for a decaf coffee and a bagel. They were out of decaf, but they made a fresh pot just for me, and it was delicious! The bagel was also incredibly fresh. I'm very pleased and will definitely return.
