Excellent address! dishes are refined, seasonal and cooked with fresh products! This discussion and the quality of our dinner makes us want to come back to taste!The intimate room (4 tables and we were alone at 9 pm) on the floor of this charming establishment of the old town of Boulogne-sur-mer, gave us the desire to take a delicious Vosne-Romanée (39€) to accompany the meal (even if it could be in a lag with our menu and dishes). The staff is charming very professional the entrance was delicious the accompaniment of the impeccable resistance dish, the sublime sauce but the cailles were not cooked enough and therefore very difficult to taste more the unsuitable covers their sleeves did not allow a good grip I think it is necessary to simmer longer our neighbor did not even touch it when seeing that she would not arrive there it is a little advice that I would have to do last night.
