Steakhouse 316 - Boulder

We were really disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. We were seated quickly and greeted promptly, but then had to wait 25 minutes for our drinks and to place our order. My steak was undercooked, not the medium rare I had requested, and had to be sent back. The Caesar Salad was tasty, though. Overall, we were not that impressed considering the price of the meal. I would give the food a rating of 3 out of 5.

In terms of vegetarian options, I didn't explore much as I was focused on the steak, but I did notice that their salad was top-notch. Additionally, they offered side options like spinach and their barrata which were exceptional. As for dietary restrictions, our server inquired about allergies or restrictions right away before we even looked at the menu. It was evident that they prioritize food safety, which I found commendable. Even though we didn't have any restrictions, I appreciated the extra effort they put in.

The crab cakes were amazing. I ordered the ribeye, which was very flavorful but a bit tough. I couldn't finish it even though it was only 12 oz. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, although the steak I had may not have been their usual quality. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.

Absolutely amazing steaks! We enjoyed steakhouse 316 with a party of 5. Everyone really enjoyed the steaks. We share a the Caesar salad, prepared right at the table, which was excellent as well. The appetizers were also very good, particularly the Barrata (sp? . The dinner was expensive, so expect to pay $125+ per person, but worth it for a special occasion warranting a nice meal.

One of the best dining experiences I've had. Excellent food, great service, and an overall nice place. The best steaks in the city. You can't go wrong here.Food: 5/5
