Podnuh's B-q - Bossier City

This was the worst restaurant experience ever. The meat was tough and not sliced properly. I ordered potato salad and ended up with coleslaw instead, but it wasn't a big deal.

Good rips and sausages great customer service and prices!

Never disappoints me I get the family meal with ribs, sausage and turkey with the BBQ beans, potato salad or turnip greens. Delicious!

Masks are required, but serving of the sides is on the customer, and who knows when some people have washed their hands. Employees are friendly enough. Could use a good deep clean. Brisket sandwich: the meat was good, the buns were hard.

Podnuh's in Shreveport has never disappointed. It has been awhile since I have been there. I live in Bossier and went to Podnuh's on Benton Rd. on early afternoon. I order barbeque leg quarters. They were so dry, I couldn't believe it. They either don't have the business to keep fresh meat or save it from the day before. I am afraid to try it again. I have never had dry barbeque, even when I cook it myself and eat it on the next day. ?
