Mcdonald's - Bossier City

This mcdonald’s serves good food and the service is okay, but what really frustrates me is that I have ordered a chocolate shaker during my last 7 visits, just to say that their shaking machine is down. it never works!

We fought here to get some snacks, and they missed a job we didn't notice until we came home. also we did not ask for a ketchup in a burger and they ignored it yet. workers too busy on their hands to do their jobs properly.

Recommend to stay away from this mcdonalds. the customer service is extremely slow. order online 10 minutes before arrival and then wait another 30 minutes in the mobile app checkin parking for our order. could have been understaffed, but it seems as if it were always a long wait for these mcdonald’s independent.

13 minutes in the driveway, no one was there. I went into the first window, no one there. 4 minutes left and I moved to the second window, there were 2 people inside. all line on the drive through. I left. that was at 21 o'clock on Tuesday. not sure what happened, but I won't be back

Opened the new location today. Very nice inside. New updated equipment. Very impressed with the new location. I would highly recommend this location.
