Hartz Chicken Buffet - Bossier City

The food at this buffet was surprisingly delicious. I was impressed with the quality of the food. I would have given it 5 stars if I had visited between 1-2pm when all the fresh options were available. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean for a buffet.

The food was mediocre with limited options for protein. The only chicken available on the buffet were drumsticks and there was only a piece of fish available. If you enjoy drumsticks, this may be the place for you. However, I personally will not be returning.

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The customer service was poor. The staff had a bad attitude when we inquired about the wait time for our food. They put us on the side and rolled their eyes at us while we were there.

I just ate once. It was late to close you. It was good and they still had a decent variety of food to choose.

I've been here several times and it's generally good. This time it was right before 3, not alot to pick from. Food was dry, veggies tasted old. The slaw was brown and gummy. It was gross I should have ask for a refund.
