El Potrillo Mexican - Bossier City

I was looking for a place with live music and a good meal, and that's exactly what we experienced. Briana was our waitress, and she was fantastic right from the start. We ordered the Supreme Nachos and the Taco Combo Plate, along with some drinks. The chips and salsa were delightful, and the food itself was excellent; the portions were generous, so we even had enough left to take home! I have a sweet tooth, and while their desserts were decent, they didn't quite hit the mark for seconds today. However, the delicious food and attentive staff made it a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

The service and food were excellent, but the ambiance left something to be desired. The tables are rather small, especially if you have more than four people. However, the overall quality of the food was impressive!

I wish I could remember my server's name because she was fantastic. She had the grace of someone who had worked in a high-end restaurant. Her recommendations truly enhanced our dining experience. This was especially refreshing, as our culinary outings have suffered since the pandemic, which is understandable. The food was exquisite, and the prices were reasonable! I mention this because they are closing this location, but they remained open until the published closing date. I can't wait for other places to reopen, and I really hope to see this particular server again. If I find her, I’ll be sure to update this review to highlight this talented professional.

Food and service was a great experience. Beef and bean nachos appitizer along with #5 that has beef enchilada, beef taco w/rice beans.

My waitress was fantastic, the food was good and place was clean. Food service prompt. I've eaten here many times before when I'm giving myself a day at the bookstore but today I thought I would add another review because I was sitting in my car deciding if I actually wanted to go to the bookstore or not since it was pouring raining and the douchebags next to me in the red Jeep decided that they wanted to dump their trash into the parking lot of people that work hard enough and don't want garbage humans as patrons I'd imagine.
